Yellow Tip Mono Angel

The Yellow Tip Mono Angel (Monodactylus sp.) is a striking brackish water fish known for its deep, disc-shaped silver body accented with vivid yellow-tipped fins and a bold black bar across its eye. These fish are native to coastal waters, estuaries, and river mouths of Southeast Asia and Africa. They can thrive in both freshwater & saltwater environments equally well.

Origin: Southeast Asia and West Africa – estuaries, mangroves, and brackish coastal waters. They require stable water parameters and should be kept in small schools.

Diet:Omnivorous – feed a varied diet including high-quality flakes, pellets, spirulina, and frozen foods like mysis shrimp and brine shrimp.
